Adjust participant identifiers and remove free text descriptions of specific columns

In order to make the dataset publicly accessible, we agreed with @shettegger that for the version on the main branch:

• the subject identifiers should be changed to consecutive numbers
• specific column content is too personal ethically (not legally) so these columns should be removed from the main branch version.
