Update event files

Event files have some formatting that make annotation harder. Run labels are represented as task labels, null events are represented, not clear if they are perceived by subjects. Sidecars are incomplete, and columns have NA values, or -1 instead of n/a. There are some unclear columns and some which do not seem to provide new information (weight is always 1).
